1）筆試：開(kāi)行筆試分兩部分分開(kāi)考試,都是中文。第一部分是類似公務(wù)員的綜合試卷,有同義、近義、反義以及詞語(yǔ)聯(lián)想等選擇，有錯(cuò)誤句的判斷，有類似gre的那種邏輯題等等。第二部分是心理測(cè)試題。例如問(wèn)你覺(jué)得你在你朋友眼中會(huì)是什么樣的人等等。

3）二面：多對(duì)一面試。

今年4月合同到期,已升遷到倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)主管的我離開(kāi)了這家公司。躊躇滿志的我把目光瞄準(zhǔn)了500強(qiáng)外資大公司?？涩F(xiàn)實(shí)是無(wú)情的,屢屢碰壁后,我的自信心開(kāi)始動(dòng)搖了……

TNT 專業(yè)欠缺遭婉拒

世界500強(qiáng)荷蘭TNT是全球4大快遞公司之一。給我面試機(jī)會(huì)的是TNT的子公司,一家專做汽車配件的汽車物流公司。

4月上旬某日下午1點(diǎn),我來(lái)到曹楊路輕軌站附近的一幢大樓參加面試。先填寫(xiě)了中文報(bào)名表,在填報(bào)具體職位時(shí)我有點(diǎn)猶豫,在空格中寫(xiě)了2個(gè)職位:運(yùn)輸主管和倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)主管。

面試官是2位中國(guó)人,HR經(jīng)理和物流經(jīng)理。自我介紹結(jié)束后,HR經(jīng)理指著報(bào)名表發(fā)問(wèn):“你在3年里做了3家公司,穩(wěn)定性好像差一點(diǎn)。”我忙解釋:“我在東北做了2家公司,一家是集團(tuán)總公司,一家是分公司,其實(shí)是同一家公司?！彼謫?wèn):“我們要求應(yīng)聘者有上海戶口,你從東北過(guò)來(lái),有沒(méi)有上海戶口 ”我拿出上海居住證說(shuō):“在和黃工作時(shí)我辦了上海居住證,按照規(guī)定,‘四金’等待遇都可以享受?！?位面試官好奇地拿過(guò)居住證翻看起來(lái),他們都說(shuō)是第一次看到上海居住證。

物流經(jīng)理問(wèn):“為什么填2個(gè)職位,到底應(yīng)聘哪個(gè)職位 ”我說(shuō):“我學(xué)的是交通運(yùn)輸,在東北做過(guò)運(yùn)輸管理工作;來(lái)上海后又做了1年倉(cāng)儲(chǔ)管理工作,2個(gè)崗位都可以做?！?/p>

物流經(jīng)理流露出不太信任的口氣說(shuō):“我們要求有5年相關(guān)工作經(jīng)驗(yàn),你只工作了3年,經(jīng)驗(yàn)不足!你在和黃做的是快速消費(fèi)品,我們做的是汽車配件,你的專業(yè)經(jīng)歷不行!”盡管我竭力辯解,2位面試官還是不為所動(dòng)。一周后我收到英文Mail,通知我面試未通過(guò)。

面試失敗的主要原因雖是專業(yè)經(jīng)歷欠缺,但填2個(gè)應(yīng)聘職位這一細(xì)節(jié)失誤也難辭其咎。

馬士基 答題太慢被淘汰

總部位于丹麥的馬士基也是世界500強(qiáng)企業(yè)和全球最大的物流公司之一,應(yīng)聘的子公司在人民廣場(chǎng)附近一幢大廈內(nèi)。面試時(shí)間是早上10點(diǎn),可一直等到10點(diǎn)30分,還不見(jiàn)有關(guān)工作人員出現(xiàn)。30多名應(yīng)聘者就這樣等著。總算盼來(lái)了一位女HR主管,會(huì)議室門(mén)一開(kāi),大家就涌了進(jìn)去———我應(yīng)聘的是物流專員,見(jiàn)此場(chǎng)面心里發(fā)毛:這么多人競(jìng)爭(zhēng)這個(gè)職位啊!

女HR主管發(fā)下考卷,說(shuō)好時(shí)間只有10分鐘。拿到考卷吃了一驚:竟有10多張紙!再一看幾乎全是圖表符號(hào)和邏輯運(yùn)算題,沒(méi)有一道專業(yè)題,有點(diǎn)像智商測(cè)試。題目不太難,我一道道做下去很順利,卻忘了時(shí)間限制。剛做到第6張紙,卻聽(tīng)女HR主管一聲令下:“10分鐘到了,收卷?！苯痪砗髥?wèn)了其他人,才知道他們應(yīng)聘的是其他職位,再想到自己雖只完成了一半題目,但準(zhǔn)確率應(yīng)該很高,于是心中稍安。

8月下旬,我意外接到東芝一家分公司女HR經(jīng)理的電話:“在《職場(chǎng)指南》‘自薦英雄榜’上看到你的資料,希望寄一份更詳細(xì)的簡(jiǎn)歷給我?！蔽疫B夜將簡(jiǎn)歷用Mail發(fā)了過(guò)去。幾天后女HR經(jīng)理打來(lái)電話問(wèn):“今天你怎么沒(méi)來(lái)參加面試啊 ”我莫名其妙地反問(wèn):“沒(méi)有收到面試通知啊。”她如夢(mèng)方醒地說(shuō):“可能是助理忘記通知了。你明天上午10點(diǎn)過(guò)來(lái)面試?！边B應(yīng)聘什么職位都沒(méi)說(shuō)就把電話掛了。韓國(guó)LG公司也通知我在這天下午2點(diǎn)30分參加面試,上下午應(yīng)聘2家500強(qiáng)企業(yè),也是巧事。

等待面試時(shí),發(fā)現(xiàn)公司員工都用上海話交談———之前還擔(dān)心自己不懂日語(yǔ)該怎么辦呢!

當(dāng)我踏進(jìn)小會(huì)議室時(shí),從對(duì)面女HR經(jīng)理的眼神里分明捕捉到了一絲失望———我的穿著打扮一向很隨意,面試時(shí)從來(lái)不穿西裝不戴領(lǐng)帶,這天氣候又比較炎熱,只穿了一件舊的休閑T恤,頭上的汗還沒(méi)有擦干凈,所以面試官對(duì)我的第一印象就不太好。

LG 倉(cāng)促上陣受“圍堵”

下午我乘地鐵再換乘公交,提前10分鐘趕到位于浦東金橋開(kāi)發(fā)區(qū)的韓國(guó)LG分公司。接待小姐將我領(lǐng)進(jìn)一間會(huì)議室,里面坐著3位面試官。一位HR經(jīng)理、一位運(yùn)作部經(jīng)理,都是中國(guó)人,中間一位面試官的漢語(yǔ)帶著明顯的口音,而且語(yǔ)速很慢,應(yīng)該是韓國(guó)人。

先用英文作自我介紹,表達(dá)還算流利。接著韓國(guó)人用漢語(yǔ)問(wèn)了一些問(wèn)題:“來(lái)上海幾年了 ”“工作情況怎么樣啊 ”都不難回答。

4.為什么想讀研,將來(lái)愿意從事的方向,讀研時(shí)的打算Although I have broad interests in many aspects and grasp the essential knowledge of the major, but I think at present, I can do many things in a superficial level, but not be competent to do things professionally owing to lack of ample knowledge and ability.So I think further study is still urgent for me to realize self-value.

The major that I hope pursue for my further education is IC design.Because I find integrated circuits are playing a more and more important role in our modern society.And nowadays in China, with the recognition by the government, our domestic integrated circuits industry is growing rapidly and that may provide a lot of chances to us.

I plan to concentrate on study and research in this field in my graduate time.And I hope I can form a systematic view of micro electronics and IC design technology and make a solid foundation for future profession after three years study here.
