The International Journal of Gender and Entrepreneurship (IJGE) is an international academic journal dedicated to the study of the relationship between gender and entrepreneurship. This magazine is published by Emerald Group Publishing and aims to publish high-quality international research that is of significant importance to both academia and practice. IJGE provides a forum to discuss how gender affects entrepreneurial behavior, entrepreneurial spirit, organizational management, and economic development, with a particular focus on the roles and contributions of female entrepreneurs and gender diversity in the business world.
This journal not only promotes the development of theoretical knowledge, but also provides empirical research to help understand and address gender inequality issues. The characteristic of IJGE is that it encourages interdisciplinary research, covering multiple fields such as sociology, economics, management, and psychology, in order to comprehensively explore the complex relationship between gender and entrepreneurship.
